Use your ATM Debit Card to transact with the partner merchant. Terms and conditions apply.

How long will it take to receive and activate ATM Debit Card?

The ATM Debit Card is instantly issued upon account opening. Activation, however, takes 24 hours You may only use your card the day after account opening.

Note that the Debit Card must be activated first through a TBL Bank ATM Machine before you can use another bank's ATM.

Can I use my Everyday ATM Debit VISA Card in other banks' ATMs?

Yes, you can use your card in all ATMs nationwide. Outside the Bangladesh, you can use any ATM that accepts Visa Card. Please note however that certain withdrawal fees and charges apply.

What do I do if my ATM Debit Visa Card gets lost or stolen?

Immediately inform us of the lost or stolen privilege card by calling the Customer Service Hotline at 09604016201. You may also go to any branch to have your card replaced. A card replacement fee of TK 500 will be charged.

When does my ATM Debit Visa Card expire? How can I renew it?

Your card will expire 3 years after getting it. Upon expiry, present your card to any TBL branch for free renewal.

Trust Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Pension Authority (NPA) to promote Universal Pension Schemes. Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary of the Ministry of Finance was present as the Chief Guest in the program. Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO of Trust Bank and MD. Mahiuddin Khan, Executive Chairman of the NPA, penned the MoU on behalf of their respective organization at Ministry of Finance. Under the MoU, the bank will promote the opening of new schemes by individuals at home and abroad and also facilitate their monthly instalment payments digitally and through other means.

Among others, Ms. Sirazam Munira, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Md. Wahed Ibne Shahed, Head of Retail Banking of Trust Bank were also present.

The Retail Banking Division and the Principal Branch of Trust Bank PLC participated in ACC Genesis 2025— a prestigious national debating tournament that brings together some of the country's finest debaters.

The event, sponsored by Trust Bank PLC, was hosted by Adamjee Cantonment College and organized by the Adamjee Cantonment College Debate Club English (ACCDCE). Held on the college campus from 8 to 10 May 2025, the three-day competition ran daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and drew participants from institutions nationwide.

Trust Bank recently participated in the Dhaka Motor Show, where we proudly showcased our Retail Car Loan products. The response at our stall was very encouraging, with a strong turnout of visitors showing genuine interest in our services. We were able to generate a significant number of quality loan leads during the event.

Our newly launched offer—an attractive 11% interest rate with zero processing fee—received an overwhelming response, especially from car dealers who appreciated the added value for their customers.

Bangladeshi citizens who is identified as a real farmer and directly related to the agricultural activities such as cultivation, production or farming.

Features:

Purpose: To meet up fund requirement for cultivation of crops (rice, vegetables, spices, oil seeds, etc.), smooth operation of fisheries project, expansion of existing livestock farm such as Poultry, Dairy, Beef Fattening and other sectors as per Bangladesh Bank Agricultural Credit Policy.
Facility Type: Time Loan, Term Loan or OD Limit.
Loan Tenor:
06 months to 48 months.
For Crops Loan: Tenor will be set according to the loan schedule for crops production mentioned in Bangladesh Bank Agricultural Credit Policy.
Loan Amount:
BDT 50,000 and above, based on the assessment of customers’ need.
For Crops Loan: Limit will be set according to the loan schedule for crops production mentioned in Bangladesh Bank Agricultural Credit Policy;
Interest Rate: As per latest circular of Bangladesh Bank or as advised by Trust Bank, Head Office from time to time
