Trust Bank Ltd. has been recognized as one of the Top Seven Banks in the "Sustainability Rating 2022" by Bangladesh Bank. Mr. Abdur Rouf Talukder, honorable Governor, Bangladesh Bank handed over the Certificate of Award to Ms. Humaira Azam, MD & CEO, the bank in a ceremony held recently. Among others, Ms. Nurun Nahar, Deputy Governor, Mr. Md. Khurshid Alam, Executive Director, Mr. Chowdhury Liakat Ali, Director Sustainable Finance Department, Bangladesh Bank and Mr. Akhlasur Rahman Bhuiyan, Deputy Managing Director & CRO, Trust Bank Limited were also present on the occasion. "
This prestigious recognition was conferred to the bank for maintaining excellence in Sustainable Finance, Green Refinance, Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) and Core Banking Sustainability core banking sustainability, sustainable finance, green finance and CSR in 2022.
This also shows bank's commitment towards climate-smart investments and greening the economy.
