Type of Facility	Term Loan
Tenor	Maximum 120 Months with 6 month Moratorium period.
Age Limit	Minimum- 25 years Maximum- 55 years
Loan Amount	Min: Tk. 10.00 Lac Max: Tk. 35.00 Lac
Interest Rate	9% p.a. through Bank 11% p.a. through MFI with quarterly rest ( if refinance from Bangladesh Bank is available) Otherwise rate advised from Head Office.
Security/Collateral	Up to Tk. 5.00 Lac without Collateral
