Features:

  1. Purpose:
    1. To purchase new/old house/flat/commercial space.
    2. To construct new/semi pakka/extend the house/apartment/commercial space.
    3. To renovate/alter of existing house/flat/commercial space.
    4. To take over the existing housing loan against flat/house/ commercial space from other Banks/NBFI’s.

 

  1. Facility Type: Term Loan.
  2. Loan Tenor:
    1. Maximum 12 years.
    2. In case of semi pakka, loan tenor will be maximum 5 years.
    3. 04 Month Grace Period may allow.
  1. Loan Amount Maximum BDT 05.00 Crore.
  2. Interest Rate: As advised by Head Office from time to time.
  3. Security/ Collateral:
  4. Hypothecation of Stock, Receivable, Machineries, etc.
  5. Personal & Spouse Guarantee.
  6. 3rd Party Guarantee.
    1. Post/Undated cheque.
    2. Insurance Coverage (if required).
  1. Proprietorship/ Partnership/ PVT LTD Co.
  2. Minimum 2 (Two)-year of successful business operation of present business.
  3. Age Limit: 21-60 Years at the time of application. If applicant age above 55 years, adult successor is required.

  2. Utility Bill Copy
  3. Color Photograph
  4. Office ID/Business Card
  5. Rent or lease agreement of house/Property
  6. E-TIN/TIN Certificate
  7. Copy of Trade License, Memorandum & Articles of Association etc.
  8. Bank Statement etc.
  9. Standard set of charge documents.
  10. A tripartite Agreement among the developer, the client and TBL will be obtained if the registration of property is not completed.
  11. Registered mortgage of the property along with IGPA authorizing TBL to sell the property without the intervention of the court of law.
