Extend financial fund requirement for undertaking construction / reconstruction / extension /renovation and finishing / fitting works of the residential building /flat and for purchasing apartments in DOHS /RAJUK / any other housing scheme, sponsored by government or armed forces, under Defence Personal Housing Loan Scheme.
- Loan Limit: Maximum loan limit is BDT 2 Crore.
- Tenure: Maximum 15 years including moratorium period subject to fulfillment of age Limit.
- Moratorium Period: 15 months.
- Processing Fee: Nil.
In-service / Retired Defence Officer, Civilian Officers of Ministry of Defence, Spouse of defence personnel (active in-service or deceased during service); at least 10 years of service must be completed.
